Join Heather Tiddens for an in-depth journey into the practical aspects of Yoga instruction to support your teaching presence, compassion, authenticity and integrity.

Wednesday - Friday 12:00 - 9:00pm
Saturday 10:00am - 6:00pm
Sunday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Time together will include:
-Daily asana practice incorporating poses you will be teaching
-Clear and effective communication
-Teaching practice one-on-one, small group and full class
-Seeing energy and empathing: developing your observation/sensing skills
-Observe, assist and teach real classes
-Video review and feedback of your teaching
-Sequencing and class planning

YTT500/YTT200 CEU - 40 hours
*this is a required module for the YTT500 certification program*
