Weekend of Reflection: The Power of Silence
Description
In silence and stillness, it is possible to see what lies beneath the surface: both our greatness and the source of the obstacles that hold us back from our full potential. Join Jill Sockman this weekend to explore the inner landscape: Meditation, pranayama, restorative yoga and yoga nidra. For most of our time together, we will ask you to maintain silence, and invite you, if possible, to extend that silence to the time between our sessions over the course of the weekend.
This weekend is open to all interested students with a regular yoga and meditation practice, but we *strongly* recommend that you ramp up your meditation practice to a minimum of 30 minutes, twice per day, in the months leading up to this weekend to help prepare you for our time together.

There are no refunds for this event. With 72 hours notice, you will receive a studio credit for the amount paid which may be put toward other classes/workshops at blue lotus.
Please note that a portion of this series will take place at Studio Hargett Pilates @ Glenwood South located behind blue lotus. Enter the Creamery parking lot on Tucker Street; the entrance is in the back corner, labeled 410-150.
