Description

This workshop is open to all yoga teachers, teachers-in-training and devoted students who are curious to learn more about the art of hands-on assisting.

We'll talk briefly about different approaches to assisting asana, and then spend lots of time learning techniques and receiving in-the-moment feedback.

Arrive with questions, problems, or concerns and we'll work it out!

Fee is $35
