Description
blue lotus, downtown Raleigh’s urban sanctuary for yoga, offers a full schedule of classes, including Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Foundations, Meditation, Prenatal, Yoga for Kids, Yoga & Art and more, for students of all levels.

Ready to meet you just as you are, the blue lotus community provides a yoga home—a place to be inspired while you discover the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits of the practice. Welcomed into this home of yoga and movement arts, you’ll use movement and breath to explore the mind-body relationship, uncovering a new way of being in your body and in the world. blue lotus also offers workshops and teacher trainings, as well as a full line of unique yoga clothing and props from socially conscious, ecologically responsible businesses.
Enrollment options include drop-in, 10- and 50-class passes, one-month and three-month passes, and annual memberships.
