Regulars of the Exchange already know it’s possible to eat here every day for a month and never order the same thing twice. The extensive menu is a smorgasboard of American classics, including steaks, seafood and a Reuben sandwich known far and wide as the best corned beef around. Just the appetizers will make your mouth water: Crab-stuffed Mushrooms, Creamy 3-Cheese Spinach Dip and the Tybee Crab Chowder are a delectable start to any meal. Looking for lighter fare? Try a giant Tavern salad or the fresh stir-fried vegetables served over a bed of rice with teriyaki sauce. With its convivial atmosphere and friendly staff, the Exchange on Waters remains a local favorite!
